The premises currently cover 2000 sqm , 150 sqm of which are offices. It is a modern structure, solidly equipped to provide any kind of machineries. The company, thanks to the great customers support collaboration between Autostrade S.P.A. and Ferrovie dello Stato, Somma srl, has reached considerable knowledge of materials and it operates according to high technological standards and has developed, in the same time, its own quality control procedures of raw materials and finished products. The Comet s.r.l. company is equipped so as to carry out metal and mechanic production on request, developing plans in autonomy. The technical Department is equipped with a modern structure and last generation PCs for accurate calculation and drawing. - Impianti per la miscelazione con degasaggio del gesso per stampi automatici e semiautomatici da 20 litri a 350 litri;
- Mulini di qualsiasi dimensione e con qualsiasi tipo di rivestimento;
- Impianti completi per la distribuzione ed il recupero delle barbottine;
- Essiccatoi per l'asciugatura degli stampi e dei pezzi colati con dispositivi di generazione autonoma di aria calda(generatori) o mediante batterie di scambio termico (scambiatori) mediante le quali è possibile recuperare parte del calore contenuto nei fumi in uscita dal forno di cottura;
- Banchi di deposito pezzi fissi o motorizzati a carosello o a nastro a uno o più piani provvisti di ascensori per il trasferimento automatico da un piano agli altri;

- Dryers for casted pieces and moulds drying equipped with hot air generators and thermal exchangers which allow the heat recycling (coming out from the kiln exhaust air);
