These machines are used for casting toilets and bidets. Born to lead 32 +32 to 40 +40 moulds mounted horizontally (horizontal axis jar) The machine is made by coupling modules either in length or width. If you plan to apply a dryer, you should create a series of machines coupled in length. For saving, the coupling in length allows to use demoulders on multiple benches, staggered appropriately casting time. The moulds are closed by the machine horizontally and vertically by bracing. During casting, the bench with the moulds may be inclined to support the successful deployment of the slip and its excellent drainage. The demoulding takes place horizontally bringing bench on flat.
The module consists of:
- Deposit bench moulds fixed coupled with anti- turnover function.
- Deposit plants rotating moulds on great resistance hinge.
- Rotation hydraulic system (usually a cylinder each 3 pieces, max 4 for the single system unit terminal 40+40 and minimum 2 to the terminal from 32+32)
- Electro-hydraulic units with regulators and intercepting valves one for each cylinder.
- Folding gates system for closing the moulds, with compensating tires (one every three moulds)
- Demoulder with easy manual handling
- Demoulder maps with lift, manual and pneumatic actuators
- Demoulder for pieces with manual and pneumatic actuators
- Filing maps system in frontal plane or superimposed on the bench.
- Casting plant using PVC pipes, supply and distribution valves, stainless steel tank and accessories to use (taps, probes etc.).
- Discharge plant with side channel/s blowers and adjustable pressure relief valve/s.
- Electrical system with switchboard, protection and control casting cycle and hydraulic .
- All safety devices provided by the most stringent existing standards and manuals on.
Deposit bench
It is mounted frontally on each bench, in one or double floor, the latter for systems with dryer. In this last case it is to predict a easy roller change plan pneumatic. Featuring with slipping plans and heat distribution pipes (on request).
Dryer (see overview)
The dryer is available on request, can be placed on the machine to achieve a double casting daily. Includes the distribution system under the deposit bench.
Permitted Uses
Casting of WC and bidets with foot or suspended, after the preparation of adapt moulds to vertical casting and horizontal demoulding. Recommended for medium / small pieces with modest quality requirements.
