The machine produces the wet milling of ceramic diamond grinding wheel - In this version the movements are controlled by electric positioner controlled by a PC - axis control system.
The module consists of:
- Structure stainless steel containment of water;
- System of a drill guide in the horizontal (y axis) closed loop with error correction;
- System driving the piece horizontally (x axis) closed loop with error correction;
- System driving the cutter 2 in horizontal (y axis) closed loop with error correction;
- System pumping and filtration processing;
- Closes internally illuminated soundproof the car with sliding door access transparent;
- Electric control panel, PLC control and protection and keyboard touch human machine interface.
Permitted Uses
Grinding of ceramic goods of all types with one or two floors to be rectified. ( Foot WC, washbasins with trellis, pots with double support floor / wall etc...)
